Expanding your neighbors will give you a lot of benefits aside from the fact that it's a requirement for some quest achievements. If you don't know yet how to ADD friends here are some tips
Where to Find my Japan Life ID's:
1. Go to your Settings (the icon that looks a tool box) at the top of the Prompt-Box in the Header, it says 'Japan Life ID:' the code below to it is your ID.
2. Go to your Neighborhood Icon and select the Invite Friends'. In the message box that says 'Post your Japan Life ID:' the code next to it is your ID.
How To Add Friends Using Japan Life ID's:
1. Go to the MENU and you will see a HOUSE icon with a two man (it means neighbor)
2. Select the Neightbor Icons and it will takes you to the MAP. From the MAP select the 'Invite Friends'
3. A Search Box will pop-up, from here you can type-in your friend's Japan Life ID.
4. Type-in the user ID and Search, once it found the user then send a request
5. Your Japan Life ID is indicated in the dialogue as well
How To Add Friends Using Facebook:
1. From the Invite Friends Dialog box, you can find a Facebook icon below
2. Select it will ask you to login and post your ID so anyone that has Japan Life ID will add your ID.

5. Always visits your Friends to get extra coins and mark their TRAIN for tourist destination.
6. Always put a BIG SALE in your stores and invite a Friend for the SALE to earn big cash
7. Putting a BIG SALE in your Shop will upgrade it at no time. This will make your shop earn more cash.
8. Ask your friends to LIKE your City so you will have more CREDIBILITY. The more Credibility the faster your Shop to upgrade and earn more cash.
9. Build some BIG HOTELS to get more tourist and get more passive coins.
10. Monggi is the BEST neighbor you could ever have. So always make sure to give him a BIG SALE.
# BUILDING YOUR PROPERTIES
1. Choose a good spot to build your properties, check the rating if its good. If its zero it means you'll get a minimal cash but if its has '%' it means you'll get extra cash.
2. Build some HOTELS to get more tourist and get a passive coins
3. Make sure your building is near the Road so tourist can access it.
4. Build some Buildings that gives BONUS ENERGY (Onigiri Rice) , some buildings like the Hospital and the Temple.
5. Put some decoration that gives your area an extra Rating, these decoration like a stone statue, Sakura Tree and some lucky plants.
6. Get a Shop and always make a BIG SALE to get more cash and Upgrade your SHOP
7. The higher Credibility the faster your BIG SALE to finish. Ask your Friends to LIKE your City so you can raise up your credibility.
# GET MORE COINS
1. The easiest way to get more CASH is to hire more friends and put up a BIG SALE to your store.
2. Always make sure do a COIN COMBO to get extra coins
3. Make sure your building is in the HIGH RATE area to get extra coins
4. Visit your Friends and clean their area to get extra cash. You can also click their TRAIN to make it a tourist destination, this will give you more coins.

Wait for your energy to get full to get more coins to collect.
Once your Energy is Full... wait for sometimes to show some other coins. From there start get the coins in your building to get more coins. The more coins you get, the better coins combo you will have.
If you have buildings that generate Energy, it will be better because it will add more combo for you to do the combo.
Walkthrough :
1. After successfully creating your account, follow the Tutorial Steps.
2. Get the Coins from the Inn and star working with the trains by using your energy
3. Once the Train is done, the tourist will come so you need some buildings.
4. Buy the Farm for your first building.
5. Next you need to do is to Move the hospital building to near road.
6. You have to build a attraction to get more tourist. Go to the build and get the Tower for tourist attraction.
7. Next is the Shopping Mall. Go to the Build and get a Simple Shopping Mall.
8. Make your shops accessible from your tourists. In this case you will need to have some roads. Remember if you're building is not accessible it will not give you any profit.
9. Add more friends... keeping adding as much as you can. Post your Japan ID and be added so others will add you up.
