  She starts with the all direction arrows  (left,right,up,down) items. From beginning you'll not be using her items so you better have a good start. The only time her items will be more useful is when you trying to avoid or trying to reroute your enemy with your direction arrow items.

Sam

 His starting item ('Auction Sign' and 'Clean Broom')  are quite bit useful in mid game. Like Jvana you have to deal with your luck in starting game then in the mid game where everybody are losing their money then that's the right time to put the 'Auction sign' to their properties.

Xin

  This guy addicted with buying Stocks that's why his starting items are for stock holdings. His items are quite bit useful, specially in times you're running out of cash.

David

  He must I say the luckiest guy to have a very descent items and also you have to be more careful with this guy for he has 'Destroy Property' and 'Stop Post'. If he's piss off with your big property he can instantly bring it down or use his Stop Sign for you to stop in his trap.

Annece

  She has a good starting items, so if you want to have a big advantage with property at early game then you have to pick this girl. When the game starts and  you got your first property then make use your Tool Kit to upgrade it and use your 'Dice Remote' to possess the next block, that's what we called combo.

Cera

  At early game her starting item is totally useless and unnecessary but in the late game and you wan't to  have a great revenge with your opponent then use your 'Lawyer' to instantly gain possession with their property.

Jack

   He's the most nasty player among others. Having his dangerous starting items is really can piss off your day. Use your 'Thief' in the beginning of the game to gain more cash then place your 'Bomb' to the block after you so the next opponent will get 'Hospitalized'

Tricks On Using The Items:

Auction

• Use this when all your opponents has few cash on their wallet so you can have instant buy out with the auction
• Use this Auction the nearby property on your block  to gain extra cash rent

  Bomb

• Use this to escape from going to high paying properties
• Use this eliminate the player in early game so he won't get a good start
• Use this to do a suicide just to avoid more turns or keep out from traps

 Broom

• Use this to get rid off the annoying items in the road, such as 'Bomb', 'Bad Luck Cat' ...
• Use this to get rid off bombs that's been placed in your property
• Use this if you think your opponent is aiming for bonus items like Santas, Lucky cat .....

 Dice Remote

• Use this to have a perfect control with your moves
• Use this to escape or aim a property
• Use this to grab a bonus item

 Lawyer

• Use this to have instant ownership with your opponent's property
• Use this to owned the property that's in your block

 Street Sign

• Use this to avoid going to big renting properties or bad luck items
• Use this to reroute your opponent to your properties

Stop Sign

• Use this to stop your opponent to your property
• Use this to put you on stop going to a Bonus Item or property

Tool Kit

• Use this upgrade your property without spending any penny
• Use this upgrade your high value properties instantly

Call Stock Holder

• Use this to manage your stock instantly

Instant Banking

• Use this if you run out of cash 
• Use this to avoid losing to much money on your show money or avoiding robbing out from a Thief

Thief

• Use this on early game to have advantage with money
• Use this to your high cash earning opponent
• Use this to disabled your opponent cash
